In property management, situations can change rapidly. Almost two years ago, we acquired a quadplex with a legacy tenant who initially posed no issues. However, the tenant soon became delinquent and abruptly abandoned the apartment, leaving significant damage and a mess behind.
BEFORE
The situation was less than ideal, with left-behind belongings, extensive filth, and various unknown damages. Despite this, our team acted swiftly and efficiently, turning a challenging problem into an opportunity. Within a month, we renovated and re-rented the unit. For a modest investment of around $5,000, we transformed the space into a high-quality unit for the area, allowing us to increase the rent from $600 to $835 per month.
AFTER
Real estate investing isn't always glamorous, but with quick thinking and decisive action, there's always a solution. Our expertise ensures that we can handle any challenge efficiently and effectively, maximizing the potential of every property.
