Initially, the third floor was partially developed, serving merely as an auxiliary space for the second-floor unit, used primarily for storage and lacking in functional value.

The renovation involved a comprehensive interior overhaul and the installation of a high-efficiency kitchen, thereby elevating the property from a duplex to a triplex. This strategic enhancement has resulted in a rental income increase of over 30%. This project marks our second successful conversion of this nature, with another currently underway.
