Earlier this winter, we completed a comprehensive renovation of this 2-bed/1-bath unit in Cleveland Heights. Our goal was to revive its original charm and elegance, which we achieved by uncovering the original hardwood floors and meticulously restoring each interior room to its former glory. Additionally, we modernized the space with a fully updated kitchen and bathroom, catering to the contemporary expectations of renters in this area. We're pleased to share that the unit was rented out last month at the upper end of the local rental range.
