We acquired this 100% occupied double earlier this summer. Both units are under 1-year leases due for market adjustment upon expiration. We expect post-adjustment returns in the 11-12% neighborhood (up from the current 9-10%).
The property is generating solid cash flow, only requiring a few maintenance/repair updates post-close.
