In the fall, we successfully acquired a fully occupied duplex, necessitating only minor updates and mechanical upgrades. Following the acquisition, we managed one tenant rotation and implemented market adjustments on rent rates, positioning them at the upper end of the local market to enhance cash flow and overall returns. This property stands as a valuable addition to our portfolio, providing steady cash flow to bolster returns and facilitate larger-scale renovation projects.
