Portfolio Update: 3372 W 95th

In September, we successfully acquired this partially occupied triplex. Minor updates were made to the 2nd and 3rd floor units before leasing. Additionally, market rent adjustments were enacted for the occupied unit upon lease expiration. The property is now 100% occupied and producing returns above 10%.
